Drew was born in Louisiana and raised in Texas. His Grandmother Betty (who he famously named one of his pits after) was a culinary arts Instructor and his mother, a home economics teacher. So naturally, he's no stranger to the kitchen. Growing up on Southern BBQ, Cajun and Tex-Mex, Drew knows a thing or two about flavor. After moving to California for work, he quickly discovered that there were little to none of the delicious eateries that he once had in his back pocket. Hungry for BBQ, he set out on an adventure to fill his soul and belly. Perfecting his briskets and other amazing meats, he decided to share with family and friends and is now the famous face of Smoke Cellar BBQ.
Around our full time jobs, kids and life,
we love to partake in our towns wonderful Sunday Famer's Market as well as local breweries and wineries.
