We love the unique emerald green patina!
Eula is named after Drew's late Grandmother,
Eula Boudreaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Maxing out the 500 and selling out within the first couple hours, we knew it was time to upgrade! So in 2021, we welcomed Betty, an 1150 gallon Harper Pitworks Smoker.
Betty is named after another one of Drew's Grandmothers who was a big influence in the kitchen.

Drew was born in Louisiana and raised in Texas. His Grandmother Betty (who he famously named one of his pits after) was a culinary arts Instructor and his mother, a home economics teacher. So naturally, he's no stranger in the kitchen. Growing up on Southern BBQ, Cajun and Tex-Mex, Drew knows a thing or two about flavor. After moving to California for work, he quickly discovered that there were little to none of the delicious eateries that he once had in his back pocket. Hungry for real Texas style BBQ, he set out on an adventure to fuel his belly and soul. Many trials and tribulations later, he perfected his briskets and other craft meats. After the push from friends and family to start his own business, Drew is now the famous face of Smoke Cellar BBQ.
